DATA SHARING

We have joined a group of GP surgeries in Bethnal Green to improve our services.  The group is called the ONE NETWORK and we have managers (who are based in another surgery) to support the group.  To do this we share limited patient identifiable data through our computer system (called Emis Web) with the network managers so that we can manage patients with long term conditions (eg. Diabetes). If you do not wish to have your data shared with network then it is possible for you to opt out of this data sharing arrangement. Please see the confidentiality section on the website for more details or speak to the practice manager.
